Delaware Recycling Proposals

Oklahoma Deposit Beverage Container Recycling Act
Oklahoma's bill declares a state of emergency, and implements a 5¢ deposit to begin in 2013.
New Jersey Smart Container Act
Supporters of New Jersey's new bottle bill are aware of the struggle ahead but believe the industry must become part of the solution, and that municipalities will save tax dollars by being relieved of a considerable portion of the recycling responsibility.
USA Bottle Recycling Climate Protection Act
The national bottle bill proposed by Representative Edward Markey is intended to improve recycling rates and support climate protection initiatives.
