Bottle bill brings praise and frustration

HARTFORD, CT --For the third year in a row the Connecticut legislature is considering an expansion of the bottle bill. A deposit would be placed not only on soda and beer containers, as is required today, but also on water and some other non-carbonated drinks. Supporters say with a deposit more containers get recycled. But as WNPR's Nancy Cohen reports, grocers say more containers bring them more problems.
