What three things can the state government do on the environment and energy front?

Kenneth Donnelly Over the course of the last few years the state has made major investments in the environment and clean energy such as rejoining RGGI, making major investments in green technology and Gov. Patrick’s’ proactive approach to land conservation (just a few examples). Next, we must expand the bottle bill.
