Everyone would win under expansion of state bottle bill

"Gov. Patrick banking on bottle bill expanding," Jan. 28: Pray that the bottle bill is passed. It would be a win-win situation for everyone. The state would get much-needed revenue, the people will still get a refund, but best of all, the bottle will be recycled and kept out of the "landfills." The best part, of course, is the environment will be protected -a good deal, I would say.
