Political Chat: Kicker Checks And The Bottle Bill On The Agenda
This may go down as the week the Oregon legislature decided to take a whack at iconic Oregon laws.
The state legislature is working on revisions to Oregon’s bottle bill. And elsewhere in the capitol, a budget deal is being struck that includes changes to the kicker law.
